My first choice is a Collins choice for sure. We had a bit of a problem yesterday to say the least...NO GRAD OUTFIT AT THE 11TH HOUR. I made numerous phone calls everywhere and was told SORRY YOUR TO LATE! My daughter was helping me out and she found you guy's for me in Barrie. Worth a try I thought so I gave a call and talked to Kelsey and explained the problem. Without any hesitation she said I would be happy to do a rush order for you if you can bring your Grandson in for a fitting tomorrow at your earliest convenience . I was floored ...thought for sure I was going to be told SORRY AGAIN . We set a time for 6 and I was delighted. She said she more than happy to help and set us up for 6....see you then and if for some reason you need to change the time feel free to call me back and we can make other arrangements .I have been in Customer Service for 35 yrs as a manager for the most part and I would hire Kelsy in a minute....hang on to her you don't find gems like this anymore.I will highly recommend Collin
