Sam the Handyman

I had hired Sam for the repair of my chimney. My house being over 60 years old has a lot of problems, when Sam came by to assess the job he gave me multiple options. He was very knowledgable about the situation, was even able to guess the year I had the chimney "fixed" last time. He showed me where the past contractor had gone wrong. After all the options I had gone with Sam's option of taking the chimney down and capping it. Sam returned a few days after his quotation with his team, they spent a few hours tearing the chimney down and closing it off. Even with all the rubble from the chimney he kept my garden tidy and cleaned up all the debris. Sam and his crew worked non-stop on the chimney and provided me with an amazing end result. He is very engaging, informing me of each step and allowing me to come up and see his handy work. I will be calling Sam again, him and his team have provided us with a permanent solution to our problems and kept to his word for the price of the quotation!
