I did like the convenience of this spa as it's located close to home but I found it difficult to get an appointment there in a timely manner. The receptionist seemed unprofessional at times and at my last visit she scheduled me incorrectly. I booked my appointment for a Friday afternoon and even confirmed this, but when I arrived I was told it had been booked for the previous morning and they could not fit me in for another week.. Having said that the spa is clean and pleasant and the services were performed to my satisfaction, however because of the scheduling issues I now go elsewhere.
