Renewals – when your mortgage is up for renewal, contact us 3-4 months in advance so we can block rates for you and start outlining your best rate and product options. News, Rate & Market Updates As part of our service, we feel it’s important to keep in touch with our clients and keep them informed on what is happening in the mortgage market. Rules, rates and trends are constantly changing and it is our job to keep you up to date on the latest news and how it can potentially impact your mortgage. That being said, we don’t bombard people with updates, but rather we aim to issue a short monthly email that provides any key developments in the business and rate updates/trends.
