We booked Dean’s Home Improvement to repair a leaky, fifteen year old sliding patio door. We had found this company on the BBB web site. When we contacted this company, the owner got right back to us and was very knowledgeable about the type of patio door which we had. The work was done on time, all interactions were very professional, the work area was cleaned often during the work and the new door’s locks were explained to us since there were different from our past patio door. Dean’s Home Improvement found the cause of the leaks, explained the problem and at no extra cost repaired the leaks which were not repaired by the original builders.
