Description
We design and install custom Murphy bed systems in London, Ontario. Library beds and home offices with a hidden fold away bed are our forte. We can design vertical Murphy beds or horizontally tilting (or side tilt) panel beds. Adding cabinets to the top of your flip up bed or to the side or sides of your wall bed is a very good way to maximize space. We can add drawers, shelves or doors to the cabinets.
We offer 30 colours in melamine, veneer or wood. All materials are 3/4" thick. Our Melamine is not LDF (low density fiber board) that you may find at Costco but a high compression particleboard, which is not only very strong but also very hard and scratch resistant. Our veneer is maple, oak or cherry and is applied to an 11-ply furniture grade plywood (the best available). Solid wood can be any maple, oak or cherry.
In home consultations are available if a custom design is required or if you just want a couple ideas on how to integrate a wall bed.
By adding a Murphy bed into your home or condo you will get 2 rooms in one. There is no need to buy a place with a designated guest room if it will only be used a few weeks a year. This will save money on building, heating, lighting and furnishing, easily offsetting the price of the most elaborate Murphy wall bed system.
