Many home buyers don’t have the technical background to properly evaluate the home’s structural and mechanical systems and may not be able to evaluate how one component of the house might affect the operability or lifespan of another. We have gone through the most rigorous training program available. Going through the property and performing a comprehensive visual inspection to assess the condition of the home and all of its systems, will determine the components that are not performing properly as well as items that are beyond the useful life expectancy or considered unsafe. Purchasing a home is the single largest investment that we will make in our lifetime. You have to protect that investment. Most purchases are based on a visual perception or an emotional connection. A home inspection may take anywhere from 2½ hours to 4 hours depending on the age, size and the number of defects that may be found. Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive a report about the condition of the home.
