Instructor therapists are the most important part of our team. They spend most of the time teaching our learners and that is why we focus a great deal on who we hire. Our instructor therapists must also complete an 8 week training course with 100 supervised hours. They must complete a written exam and pass the supervision. This is to ensure that each therapist has a clear understanding of the program and how to implement it precisely. We use a child-centred approach to ensure each child learns at their pace and level. Both the program development and environment are created to promote learning by guiding the child and teaching errorlessly.
