RBF Financial Group Ltd. facilitates a wide range of personal and commercial loan products for BC residents including second mortgages through the affiliated company, Highland Mortgage Investment Corporation. RBF is licensed to conduct business throughout BC but focuses primarily on the Lower Mainland and the Howe Sound Corridor. The following is a summary of the loan products that we facilitate; First, Second and on a limited basis, Third mortgages for residential properties. First and Second mortgages for commercial properties. Construction mortgages for residential and commercial properties. Lines of Credit, Term, Working Capital, Equipment and Lease loans for Commercial Operating companies. Accounts receivable factoring. We also have a number of contacts with private lenders for non qualifying customers Randle Barrington-Foote was employed with HSBC Bank Canada for 25 years during which his primary focus was personal and commercial lending. He retired from HSBC in 2004 and joined the Meridian group of companies as a sub broker. In January 2009 he founded RBF Financial Group Ltd. a mortgage brokerage company who also holds the management contract with the affiliated company, Highland Mortgage Investment Corporation. Randle Barrington-Foote is CMA educated and has extensive experience in both personal and commercial lending. In addition to his banking and mortgage brokerage experience, he has served on the Douglas College Foundation board and he has chaired Children Hospital fund raising committees. Randle Barrington-Foote is also the president of Highland Mortgage Investment Corporation, a lender of second mortgages for residential and small commercial properties. As is the case with RBF, Highland is licensed to conduct business throughout BC, but focuses primarily on the Lower Mainland and Howe Sound Corridor
