Shroks WORK QUALITY IS POOR & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC.I went to get balayage done with a hint of lilac.Inthe process she bleached my hair,turned my whole head RED.She didn't admit her mistake & I had to make her strip the disgusting red out .It was damaging & took 5 HOURS.It also turned my hair in a nasty blonde color which was not close to the color I had before the bright red.She only cared about getting full payment.I said i will give $100 but not $250.I WENT TO THE WASHROOM & WHEN I GOT OUT HER FRIEND WAS SITTING BY THE FRONT DOOR.SHROK STOOD IN FRONT OF HER DOOR AND LOCKED ME IN HER HOUSE AND DEMANDED FULL PAY.SHE CORNERED ME ALONG WITH HER FRIEND &THEN HER SON.IT FREAKED ME OUT & SHE KNEW I AM PREGNANT.SHE SAW I AM GETTING MY PHONE SO SHE SNATCHED THE 100$ BILL FROM ME & UNLOCKED THE DOOR.I RAN OUT OF THERE.I SHOULD'VE CALLED THE POLCE ON ALL OF THEM & SHE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.I AM SURE HER BUSINESS ISN'T LEGAL.PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE & SAVE YOURSELF FROM SHROKS BASEMENT SALON.
