Nadine's Mobile Fitness provides fitness assessments and personal training sessions to individuals and companies all over the Halifax Regional Municipality
I am facilitating Fitness classes that will run over a set period of time and be held at the recreation center (in-door training) within the Weir Field Park that is located in Middle/Upper Sackville. Please see the attachment for the details. This fitness opportunity is just the tip of the Ice-Berg of what is yet to come. I look forward to training you, your family members and your friends! Location: Weir Field (indoor program), Upper Sackville Recreation Facility Time: Monday & Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30 pm Dates: 8 week program July 6 to August 31 (No class Monday Aug 3rd) Cost: $96 taxes included ($6/class) Please bring: Yoga/Fitness Mat, Water Bottle Always remember.... more people = more exciting classes!
