BMS Management Associates was established in 1991 in recognition of a need to provide a controllership service to small businesses. Owners and managers are involved in all aspects of core activities, such as operations and marketing, and have little time to attend to non-core processes, such as accounting and controllership. While not all companies require a full-time controller, even a home based business will benefit from the services of the part time controller.
