I am a certified personal trainer / nutritionist with over 20 years in the industry. I provide one on one training sessions in a private gym. This means no waiting for machines, no generalized "one size fits all" programs. I tailor to your specific goals, needs and body type, all in a non competitive environment. I also offer rehab and detox programs.
