Our residential design services begin with our complementary onsite review with you to determine your specific needs. If it is determined at this time a design is required, a Real Property Report is requested. Our design staff will then take your input from the initial meeting and create a landscape design, including planting plans and construction plans, that integrates the features you desire with the form of your property. This usually takes 1-2 weeks depending upon the complexity of the design and current demand.
Many new communities have architectural controls and review processes for the landscape plans. If your home is in one of these areas, in addition to the residential landscape design process, we can meet these specifications, and provide you, or the review board, with the required drawings for the review process.
