ZERO stars - DO NOT hire this company! We recently completed a home reno and our contractor used this company to refinish our main floor hardwood. With inspection of the finished floors, there are areas with uneven finish, scratches on the finish and dirt, hairs and boot prints beneath the finish. Our baseboards were damaged by the sander. The polyurethane was sloppily applied and left on other surfaces. The worst thing was this company's violation of our privacy and disrespect of our property. The workers and dog were in our upstairs bedroom. They used our good bath and dish towels as rags. Their dog urinated all over our deck. They smoked in our garage and left cigarette butts all over the floor.
