Kool Jims

We did not get a chance to experience Kool Jim's service but our experience trying to book this truck was a nightmare! We changed the date of our event to accommodate their schedule. Then a week before our event they decided they did not want to be there for the hours we had a agreed to. She wanted to come later or else we had to pay more money than the agreed fee to have her come at the agreed time. She then called back and said she would stick to our original agreement. 2 days before our event I called her to confirm everything and she was very rude and aggressive and denied ever setting up a price with us and wanted hundreds more dollars than what we had agreed on! Due to the rudeness and unreliablity we experienced just trying to book Kool Jim we decided to look for an alternative. Thankfully we were able to find a company that was able to fill in last minute. They were very fair and pleasant (and $100 cheaper)! If you decide to book Kool Jim I would strongly suggest to get everything in writing!
