Charismatic Carolyn was founded by myself, Carolyn Shepherd in 2005. I am certified and experienced Advanced Lash Extension Stylist, Certified Master Pedicurist -North American School of Pedology, Waxing Educator, Nail Technician and Esthetician. I can even remove lines and wrinkles ask for your free demonstration. Featured in "Womanition" magazine for my services. I offer services from my home studio.
