My name is Andrew Burgess and I am the founder of Natural Impressions Landscaping. I have been in the landscaping industry for almost a decade and am highly skilled in many aspects of today’s “Green Trade” industry.
As a young child I grew up in my grandparents gardens and I think that’s what sparked my love for horticulture. I’m now a graduate of Algonquin College’s Horticulture Technician program and I guess I owe that to my grandparents. I earned a Horticulturist scholarship from the Ontario Horticultural Trades Foundation for my enthusiasm in horticulture and for outstanding academic excellence in a Horticulture program. I am proud to be a hands-on owner and I take great pride in my work, as does my staff. We enjoy all the challenges that new landscape projects bring to the table. We are extremely active in the landscape community and volunteer our time regularly at the Cancer Survivor’s Park and many other charitable events. We are members of Ducks Unlimited as well and conserving wetlands is a major concern to us. We also take great pride in our professional development, and stay up-to-date on the current state of practice for our profession through continuing education and targeted training courses. We are proud members in good standing with Landscape Ontario and the Better Business Bureau. We are always happy to meet with potential clients for a free consultation within the general Ottawa area. We only try to take on one major project at a time. As such, our schedule can fill up quickly. We are a small company based out of the East end of Ottawa but we undertake projects in all areas of the City. We strive to super serve our clientele, and being a small tight knit company allows us to take our customer care to the highest level. We love to build healthy client relationships! We enjoy working closely with clients to try and create the best possible landscape project that meets their needs, wants, and budget.
