Tony may be a bit difficult to understand over the phone, but don't let that scare you away. I had to get the carpets shampooed at the end of my rental term and was unable to attend the carpet cleaning session so I asked Action Care to coordinate entry into my rental suite with my Landlord and perform the cleaning without me there. He did so and called me about extra costs before proceeding, which I paid for over the phone with my VISA. When he finished and left, my landlord was unsatisfied with the cleaning at a particular area of the carpet (which only revealed itself as the carpet dried). Unfortunately, by then I was out of town. I called Tony and asked him to return to the unit to resolve the issue and to call my landlord to arrange a time. Again, he did so on my behalf and got the job done without re-charging me for the work. I used a Groupon to get two rooms and a hallway cleaned and paid $59 extra for a flight of 14 stairs and some stains. Great value, excellent service.
