This company is the best. All employees are friendly and respectful. As a single mom I feel most trades treat me like I'm dumb all three men that helped with my A/C from diagnosis to the install of new unit explained to me the problems answered all my questions and never were pushy or arrogant which in past with other companies has happened. I recommend Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. The receptionist is also so pleasant to deal with.
