When I finally had enough courage to go in there I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged that I was in there looking at pamphlets for almost an hour before one of the women that did NOT work there came and was making me feel more comfortable standing there. I tried a second time and actually went to the counter, only to be ignored by the same lady who was working there to this day. I brought my mom in there and the lady was very rude and gave a lot of attitude. I took my mom out of there and we went elsewhere and were treated very well. I will not be going in there again. I am now a successful single mom and was looking for a helping hand but didn't receive anything but a bitter, cold environment every time I've gone in there.
