Churchill River Lodge is located North of the 56 parallel, on PR391, 11km north of Leaf Rapids in the Northwest Region of Manitoba, Canada. Drive In 11km north of Leaf Rapids; 232km north of Thompson or fly 635km from Winnipeg. Churchill River provides access to many lakes that have never been fished or hunted in many years. Waterways from the Lodge access the greater Churchill River, Granville Lake, Opachuanau Lake, South Indian Lake, South Bay and the Barrington River. Hundreds of lakes, numerous islands, bays, rockcliffs and wildlife create a peaceful setting. Sightings of eagles, loons, ducks, black bears, moose, lynx and pelicans are not unheard of. The islands provide anglers with many excellent spots to cook shore lunches and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
