Trish has hauled for me several times in all types of weather across provinces and on/off the island. I have been pleased with communication and timeliness. I have not once had to give a deposit, just pay with a debit card at her truck when my horse was delivered. Horse is always calm coming off the trailer, well fed, rested, watered, tack well cared for/stored in the trailer. Price has been VERY reasonable with every haul. My mare can be a lot to handle and never any issues with this hauler. She doesn't pull customers into dynamics or "horse world gossip", very professional and focuses on the horse and human customer.
