Be WARNED! Michelle KELLY is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. Her LACK of basic knowledge and common sense was obvious when she chaired our AGM. Michelle's proposed by-laws were shot down by the homeowners within minutes and she was unable to justify her own proposals. It was obvious that she didn't know what she was talking. Also the language used in the documents were so unprofessional that it's not event suitable for elementary school. Her overall conduct during the meeting was an embarrassment to her firm. Don't be fooled by her LOW FEES which will ultimately end up costing you MUCH MUCH MORE. I believe her former partnership at Sutherland Kelly was also closed due to her incompetence. HIGHLY recommend to AVOID her at all cost!
