Avoid at all costs Have heard Tracy Meyers has a history of being a trouble maker. Has taken us to collections over charges that she forgot to implement upon taking over Management of a Property, and even though the hefty lump sum was being paid in installments. Did it all with a smile. Amount was paid in full. Now is harassing with bogus "property infractions," and continually threatens with fines, while under the guise of being "there for us." Have heard she is a Sociopath, am not disputing. Would give less than one star but cannot.
