I recently ate at Sim's for a work function and I cannot express how happy I was with my meal. We had a group of 10 and our waitress was very attentive, prompt and knowledgeable. I am not a big red meat eater (would rather a piece of chicken) but since we were at a steakhouse I felt I had to get a steak. I was not disappointed! I had a striploin with an au jus sauce, a side of mixed vegetables and herb and garlic creamed potatoes. I asked for my steak well done and it was cooked perfect with just a slight hint of pink. It pretty much melted in my mouth. The potatoes were just as amazing; not overly seasoned and very creamy. Our waitress told us that they serve only Island beef and that they get first cut of beef on the Island - which means they get the best. The only downside to my visit was that my husband wasn't there to enjoy it with me. Will definitely be going back so he can enjoy it as much as I did!
