Also, by way of the MLS system, John, Anne, Vanessa, Peter and Piers represent and act for buyers, no matter which brokerage has the listing. Acting for buyers comes at no cost to the buyer, as the buyer’s agent is paid by the listing brokerage. When buyers contact us, we find out what kind of property they have in mind - we then research the market to find properties that meet our buyer client's specifications. When you are here visiting the area, we can drive you around to help you develop a good understanding of the various types of property available and the personalities of the various towns. Once you decide where you'd like to be located, we zero in on specific properties that would meet the buyer's criteria.
