I'm never using this company for my income tax returns again. Had problems last year too. It takes weeks before they get around to it. They told me this time they had to wait until March 1 before they could proceed. However I called them today and they did nothing as of yet. How much longer I would have had to wait unless I called I have no idea. Having someone who is even reasonably good at filing income tax is just as good and gets you your refund sooner. Never using this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
