Pure Hair Studio and Wellness Spa

I showed the stylist (who had been working at this salon for three months) a photo of what I wanted. I have a halo of spots along the crown of my head and a decidedly orange hue to my hair. Before and after photos available. While the manager did offer to have the original stylist or herself fix my hair free of charge I wasn't confident of her technique and ability. No further effort was made to make things right such as a refund or a gift certificate for other services. To be completely honest I did foolishly leave a tip. My hair had been curled which camouflaged the spots and it was wishful thinking that had me believing a few washes with purple shampoo would sort out the rest. Either way, this hairdo that prompted a total stranger to ask me where I got my hair done so she would never go there ran me a cool $220. Now I'm not only out the original amount but I've been quoted $250-$300 to correct the color. Hopefully this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.
