I own a bungalow in Cranbrook, BC which needed a new roof. I spoke to Mike Vandenberg (owner). Mike said the roof needed immediate attention. He instructed me to purchase the shingles and rent a dumpster. I purchased 2400 square feet of roofing material that would last 30 years. Mike and another worker did the project and payment was due immediately. Mike told me that he provides top quality work and never leaves old shingles underneath as this can cause defects and or leaks years after the work has is performed. That spring I replaced the gutters and downspouts and was informed by Gutter Pro that the roofers had not extended the shingles far enough over the edge and no drip edge existed thereby affecting the efficiency of the gutters. A leak into the carport was later discovered as the product was stretched to capacity and old shingles were hidden underneath on the west side. I had to get my home re-roofed and Mike had left the area leaving me SOL. I would like some money returned. Diane Barnett
