All of our facilities are federally inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and, as part of our Global Food Safety Initiative, we are certified annually for the Safe Quality Food Audit (a HACCP system). Our production lines use industry leading safety technology, including x-ray and foreign material detection systems. We were born into the meat business, giving us superior supplier relationships and an understanding of how to get the best quality at the best price. We specialize in frozen products, which helps maintain consistent price and quality.
