I haven't ever had great service at this store. I don't find that anyone wants to help you out - half the time no one is even around if you have a question. I once asked for help and was told because they were renovating they weren't going to get something off the shelf for me, so I went elsewhere to purchase my products. I now drive in to another location if I want something from Canadian Tire.
