Recently when flying with WestJet I had my two small children with me and we were not just travelling for the fun of it, we were moving from one place to the next. The kids were a little out of sorts and I was a bit stressed hoping that everything would go smoothly. West Jet made everything so lovely. We arrived early (as told) and the lady at the counter was AMAZING!! She let my kids come behind the counter and see all the buttons and even push some of them. SHe was patient with them, chatted with them and gave them stickers. Totally made their day. Once on the plane, the gals helping out there were cheerful and chatty as well-we even had one sing us a song. The kids loved it. Thought this was the royal treatment all rolled out especially for them. Fabulous service.
