OAC used to be my go-to repair shop for years. They have been (and still are) honest which is very valuable when it comes to repair work. They used to offer generous rates and we never had an issue with the repair jobs. We were always happy to leave tips afterward. The last 4 times we took our car in the repair work was close to (or more) than dealership prices that would have included oem lifetime warranty. They are still good and won't repair unnessesary things, which is important but be prepared to pay for it. I struggled to remain loyal buy I've decided to stick with the dealership and another shop that offers better rates.
