Jim McCullough was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Before coming to work in the family business, Jim worked at Provincial Papers for 26 years while running a home renovation business in his spare time. After the mill closed in 2006, Jim moved to Red Deer, Alberta where he worked for Trican Oil Well Service before returning to Thunder Bay and joining the family brokerage in 2008.
