A few weeks ago, I lost a necklace, and, after looking for it everywhere, decided to replace it with an identical necklace from Witch's Brew. I bought the necklace, and, then, a day later, found the first necklace that I'd lost! Since I did not want two of the same necklaces, I decided to return the necklace. I was surprised when the owner would not let me return the necklace! I had bought it the day before, and had the receipt. She told me that she didn't accept returns on jewellery. I can understand this in the case of jewellery such as earrings, which might have been worn, but on a necklace? She said that this was her policy. I was polite, but she still would not take it back. I feel that this is not a good policy, and I would not purchase jewellery at this store again, since she is unwilling to accept returns. On the other hand, there are many unique things - jewellery, books, crafts, and candles. A good place to buy hand-made items, but beware of her policy on jewellery.
