I unfortunately chose Blackfoot Motosports as the dealer to service my motorcycle. Upon handing off parts to their service department representative, I observed them falling to the ground as I completed paperwork at the desk. The representative had placed them next to the desk moments before they fell and openly blamed the organization for not having proper storage areas. Throughout the course of a week, I was promised numerous times by different employees as to when repairs would be completed and ready for pickup. Each time I arrived to collect the parts, I was informed they were not ready due to a combination of employee errors and/or shipping issues. Employees suggested co-workers were to blame and seemed unaware of how to properly co-ordinate the repairs. Communication was extremely poor and I felt that that Blackfoot Motosports made little effort to no effort to ensure promises were kept and I was accurately informed of the ongoing issues.
