Happy Coin Laundry

Disgusted with the customer service at this laundromat. Took in a brand new comforter to this place a few days ago wanting to get it dry cleaned (our puppy peed on it). When I picked it up the next day and took it home and took it out of the bag, there were random areas of the comforter where the batting was compressed and almost starched together. I called the lady back just now who barely spoke a lick of English explaining my issue. I found out this laundromat doesn't even do their own drycleaning but instead sends it out to get done. She insisted it was perfectly fine when she checked it after receiving it from the drycleaning company and that "it must have been like that before you brought it in" . Unbelievable! It's a brand-new comfortable. I was never credited my drycleaning bill ($25) or the cost of the comforter ($150), and was rudely hung up on. I highly discourage anyone from going to this laundromat.
