Hello allI would like to share terrible experience with Lululemon. I did order on October 29th and during payment through Paypal it give me error. Order didn't go through but Lululemon put hold on whole amount of money on my Paypal. I had no order done, no items, no money. It took about 5-6 emails to make them drop of pre-authorization on those money and about 10 days I got my money back. But Paypal took money from my personal account to paypal account to hold it and after drop of hold, money stayed on Paypal account and only way to put is back to my personal account is pay fee to Paypal. Nice, thank you lululemon company I had no items I order, no my money for 10 days and I had to pay fee to get my money back. This happens on November 27th again and on December 8th again. When I contact company, they just say sorry and that should make it up for my lost.
