We believe the key to success in our weight loss program lies in a strong emphasis on personalized service, high quality, with a highly trained and motivated staff, whom have all been on the program themselves and can share their own experiences! That is so beneficial to the client, to know the person giving advice can relate to them, and can share triumphs and obstacles along the way! We offer personal attention and support in a motivating environment that puts our clients first. Weight loss is a sensitive and private issue and therefore we treat each client as such! Each client needs a program personalized to their specific needs and health issues, and that's exactly what we offer at our centre! We have an individual program for the whole family as well! We have thousands of success stories young and old! We understand our clients' emotional and physiological needs and give them unconditional support throughout all phases of weight control and weight management. We know how to motivate and guide a client through plateaus and any struggles they might have, with our one on one counselling. Gail's has been in business for 20 years. Owner Denise Henry is a certified nutritionist who answers questions and gives each client their own individualized eating plan. We provide specialized eating plans for Diabetics IBS, thyroid issues, heart disease, joint pain, vegetarian, gluten free lactose free and countless others.
