I knew Taco Time in my high school days before I knew of Taco Bell! It was the original Taco fast food joint for me! It was more authentic and felt more like take out Mexican than fast food. They tasted fresher and the menu had more variety. I like the Bell and the Time equally but there were just two very different spots! Love this though!
