I seen a truck with what appeared as to young adults SPEEDING down 86 ave between 68a street and 62 street. Normally I wouldn't care but there are MANY signs posted tha {expletive} is 30k Playground Area. This speed is in effect 7 days a week. If the representative of this company has NO RESPECT for the law, their driving and most of all the KIDS in the area, they are not worth doing business with.
