Our head chef is a Certified Chef and has a wide variety of experience working at such prestigious venues as the House of Parliament in Ottawa and the Four Seasons and Sheraton Hotels. Since his time working with the Canadian Government and hotels, He has operated his own catering company developed his unique cooking techniques which has continued to impress his clientele.
