This business completed my taxes and I had a couple of questions about the return,when I called the owner didn't answer the questions she went into a rant .She started yelling, acused me of telling her she didn't know how to do her taxes,told me I should come give her a lesson on how to do taxes and that I was wasting her time? (In a very RUDE manner)Is this the way to treat long time clients?And still did not receive any feedback to my question! For this reason I would not recomend this business.
