Wow, I have lived here for 5 years and never bothered to read the reviews. But I must say, what the other two reviewers said is true. Police every other month, puke in the stairway, junkies waiting at the door for someone to open it, bed bugs, the owner is a 80 year old dement guy and the manager is an 80 year old depressed lady who's aparment smells like pee. She cannot take care of her own apartment, let alone 30 units. People from the homeless shelter are using the laundry machines and noone cares.. It's ALMOST worth the experience to write a book about it. Unbeliavable, if you haven't seen it with your own eyes !
