Although Colbrooke is building your home, we invite your participation in the details of how it will be built. We will offer our professional suggestions as well as several ideas to suit your needs in the event that a standard plan does not work for you. These things are all figured out well before the plans are put into place. The construction process starts with breaking ground and ends with your new home. There will be several meetings throughout the course of construction where you and a member of our team will discuss the progress to date. In the end, all the decisions are yours. Having a home custom built is typically a once-in-a-lifetime investment, and we want you to feel confident in all of your decisions.
