Julia Marchese, Owner of Julia’s Bistro and Catering in Dunnville, Ontario was born in Hamilton, Ontario. Raised by her father and mother who originated from Italy.
For as long as she remembers Julia has always had a passion for cooking. Her father was a chef in Rome, Italy which he spoke about constantly to Julia as he would put dishes together for family gatherings. Julia had always the same passion as her father's and remembers the joy her dad had when people would be so complementing on the food he had prepared. Her Dad had always wanted to run a restaurant and now Julia is fulfilling his dream and knows he is looking down on her with the same smile. Today Julia’s husband Paul along with her two sons Carmine and Jonathan, daughter in law Julia and her inspiration granddaughter Michela and grandson Carmine are all working hard to pursue this dream of mine.
