All our foods are lightly salted and as low in fat as possible. As for "hotness"- we make everything tasty and relatively mild unless you ask for it to be hot.
We can accommodate many dietary requirements including: vegetarian, low sodium, low fat, gluten free, nut free. We do not allow MSG in any of our products and avoid preservatives to the greatest extent possible. Because we insist on serving only freshly made products, we sometimes sell out of certain things- try not to be disappointed. On the other hand, if you want something not listed on the menu, just try asking us. If we can't whip it up today, we will see what we can do for your next visit.
