Fantastic! Melissa was great. Extremely prepared with lots of comparable homes that sold. Another discount broker just brought his i-pad and flipped through a few sold homes, recommending we list $20,000 less than we did list. Their photographer did a great job. Our house was up for 1 day and we had 3 offers in less than 24 hours. Sold for $11 000 above list price (31k more than the other guy said!) I almost felt guilty that Rhino was only getting $3000 (we chose full package pay some up front) and the other realtor received 5k. I wish we would have used Melissa to purchase our new home and receive the 25% back on commission. Don't believe the crap that other realtors say about that a discount realtor will not get you top dollar that only they can. In today's world, the internet has made all things equal.
