Our hands-on training program is taught by Licensed Bartending Teachers who are and have a diverse first-hand experience in the hospitality industry, having worked numerous years as Servers, Bartenders, Managers, Owners, Bar Consultants with International experience. The Classroom The Bartending classroom is a simulation of an actual Bar.We do not use a closed bar, so this allows you as a student to use everything in your classroom . You will be trained on actual cash registers, Draft equipment, Complete Hands On Training, Mixing, Shaking , Stirring and Layering. You will spend most of your time behind the bar working on your drink recipes, speed, pouring accuracy, customer service and the ability to handle multiple drink orders with cash handling. This is the place where we will work on your Confidence & Skills to work Behind the Wood anywhere. Practice Classroom Students are welcome to drop by anytime and use the Practice classroom to hone your skills. Responsible Bartending Bartenders and servers who don’t understand their legal responsibilities in the proper service of alcohol and are more interested in a quick buck are one of the leading causes of alcohol related deaths in Ontario, according to M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). Our students’ proper education and success is one of the important facts that has kept the Bartending School around all these years.
